Products eligible for Larry Tech delivery benefits will be designated on the product page and at the checkout. If only some items in your purchase are eligible for Larry Tech delivery benefits, you will be charged applicable delivery fees for the ineligible items.

One-Day DeliveryMost items sold or fulfilled by www.larryauthentechs.co.uk that are available for immediate dispatch, and items that are fulfilled by qualified workers that are marked on the product page and at the checkout.Mainland UK addresses and parts of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.
Priority (Two-Day) Delivery
Selected items sold or fulfilled by www.larryauthentechs.co.uk
Items that are not in stock at a fulfilment centre in the UK but are available from another fulfilment centre.

Returns and Refunds Policy at Larry techs

Returns within 10 Days of Delivery:
We offer returns for most items within 10 days of receipt of delivery. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a product, you have the right to do so within this timeframe. Additionally, you have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. We aim to issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. Please note that in certain circumstances, refund time frames may be longer.
Refund Confirmation:
Upon processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation via an automated e-mail. You can expect to see the refunded amount in your bank account or credit card statement within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued. However, please be aware that refund time frames may vary under specific circumstances.
Mistaken Returns:
When making a return, it is crucial to ensure that you enclose the correct and complete item. To receive a refund, the correct item must be returned to us. In the event that you accidentally send the wrong item to us, please contact our Customer Service team promptly.
Please be aware that Larry Tech does not store mistakenly sent items. As a result, we cannot guarantee the return and retrieval of incorrectly sent items, and no compensation will be provided for items sent to us in error.
